While Garland didn’t put up eye-popping numbers during the first session, the talented junior helped guide his Bradley Beal Elite Eagles to a 3-1 record while cementing himself as one of the most efficient point guards on the circuit. Garland is capable of scoring more, but it was nice to see his improving facilitating skills through the first four games. Garland is one of the top point guards on the circuit, and he will be expected to improve on his numbers across the board in Indianapolis.

Team CP3 was looking for a leader heading into the 2017 circuit, and it looks like Coby White is their answer. The 6-foot-5 North Carolina commit averaged 18.5 points in four games, including a game-winning three-pointer against Team United as time expired. White is a dynamic offensive weapon and will be a threat to land an award at every session stop.

Landers Nolley II stepped up big time for Nike South Beach in session one, putting up (). Nolley is efficient offensively and never seems to take a bad shot. He should only improve on his numbers moving forward as he gets more comfortable with the rigors of the circuit.

Isaiah Stewart shined during his first 17U EYBL session. The 6-foot-9 15-year old big man was a monster on the boards, averaging a double-double while helping The Rocks to a 4-0 record. Head coach Jim Hart raves about Stewart's overall make-up, so it will be fun to see how good the sophomore can get over the next calendar year.

The Hampton session marked the first 17U EYBL run for Vernon Carey Jr, and he came out of it looking like a grizzled veteran. Blessed with elite size, strength and athleticism, Carey’s game was on full display in Virginia. He plays physical and possesses exceptional footwork, two characteristics of his game that come very naturally to the 6-foot-10 big man. Carey mentioned that it took him a little bit to adjust to the speed of the EYBL, so it can be assumed that he will build on his production as he becomes more comfortable playing on the circuit.
