ACADEMY MISSION
The goal of the Albany City Rocks Skills Academy is to instill
fundamentals into the next generation of capital region
players. The skills academy focuses on strength and
conditioning and skill development.
In addition to skill sessions, the athlete participates in highly
structured and competitive games. The athletes skills will
propel to another level. A positive atmosphere and
intensity that our coaches will bring change to a players
outlook on the game of basketball. It will inspire players
to work hard both on and off the court.
